Manufactured homes plumb differently from site-built construction, and it is a real skill difference rather than a preference. Supply and drain runs live in an underbelly beneath the floor rather than in a slab or crawlspace, fixture rough-in dimensions are often non-standard, and the materials used vary a lot by era of manufacture.
The common failures are underbelly supply leaks that soak insulation before anyone notices, water heaters crammed into alcoves with barely enough clearance for a replacement, and drain lines with marginal slope that clog readily.
Doing it right means repairing the line and restoring the insulation and vapor barrier afterward, not just fixing the pipe and leaving the underbelly open. That is where a lot of quick repairs fall down.

Older Eloy housing carries the same profile as other older Pinal County towns: galvanized supply closing in from the inside, cast iron and clay drains at the end of their service life, and repairs layered over decades with mixed materials.
For small commercial properties, rentals and park operators, scheduled maintenance is worth far more than reactive response — particularly main line jetting and camera work before monsoon season. An emergency main line call at a rental costs the repair plus the tenant relationship plus sometimes remediation. The scheduled version costs a morning.
