We had a great experience with Shane installing our tankless water heater. He was friendly, respectful, and clearly very knowledgeable. He walked us through the process, explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, and made sure we felt confident and comfortable about the work being done. Shane was able to come out within 2 hours of contact to check my water heater. I had been dealing with contractors and a warranty company for weeks and I got everything settled and will get my install all in a 48 hour window. I prayed for this and Shane showed up! Great customer service!!
One of the best plumbing companies I have had come out of one of the properties! Shane is a great and honest guy! Went out of his way to solve a problem a previous plumber created. Knew exactly how to solve the issue and was very knowledgeable on how to make the situation much better than it originally was! I will call them again if any other problems arise.
I used allstar home services to repair some abrupt plumbing issues I had with my house and they were phenomenal. It was a very stressful moment for me especially with Christmas coming up, but they were very reassuring, they fixed the issue promptly and got me back on my way just in time for the holidays. No Response. (UPDATED) I left a very detailed message of my plumbing wants and needs. A week later and still no one has reached out to me. Perhaps my job is too small, or they are too busy. Either way, a return call would have been nice. I contacted them because they are a family owned business and I thought they would care more about their reputation. Sad thing is that I live less than two blocks away from the owner. I see their truck leave and comeback every day as I walk my dog. I’m not a fan of writing negative reviews but no one wants to be ignored. ****UPDATE - They reached out to me on 6/1/25 (Sunday) about two hours after my original post.
Shane came out and installed my tankless water heater in my home and was extremely rude and disrespectful. Was not helpful at all and charged me more than was quoted. Do not use this company!!!!
We would rather you see these than find them yourself and wonder what else was hidden. Both cases involve things we take seriously: getting back to people who call, and making sure the number quoted is the number billed. If your experience with us ever falls short of that, call the shop and ask for Shane.
