Terms of Service
Last updated August 4, 2026
These terms cover your use of allstarhomeserviceaz.com and set out the basics of how we work. They are not a substitute for the written estimate and work authorization you sign for an actual job — that document governs the specific work we do at your property.
Who we are
AllStar Home Services, 870 W 15th Ave, Apache Junction, AZ 85120. Licensed by the Arizona Registrar of Contractors in classification CR-37 Plumbing, issued November 2024. We carry liability insurance and will provide a certificate on request.
Information on this website
The guides, service pages and pricing discussions on this site are general information for homeowners in Apache Junction and the surrounding area. They describe common conditions and typical approaches — they are not a diagnosis of your property and they are not a quote. Plumbing systems differ house to house, and only an on-site assessment produces a real answer.
Where we describe DIY steps, they are offered in good faith for straightforward tasks. Work involving gas, electrical connections, permitted plumbing or anything you are unsure about should be done by a licensed contractor. You are responsible for deciding what you attempt yourself.
Estimates and pricing
We provide free written estimates for planned work such as water heater replacements, repipes, water treatment installations, sewer repairs and remodels. Diagnostic visits, where the problem must be identified before it can be priced, carry a service call fee that is applied to the repair if you proceed with us.
Written estimates are fixed for the scope described in them. If we find a genuinely different condition once work is underway — a failed component that was not visible, a code requirement that applies — we stop, explain it, and give you a written change before continuing. Nothing is added to your invoice that you have not approved.
No pricing figures appear on this website. Any cost discussion here describes what drives price, not what a job will cost at your address.
Scheduling, access and cancellations
We provide arrival windows and call if anything changes. Someone 18 or older must be present to authorize work and provide access. If we cannot access the property during a confirmed appointment window, a trip charge may apply.
Emergency and after-hours work carries a higher rate than scheduled daytime service. We will tell you that rate on the phone before we dispatch.
Permits and inspections
Where a permit is required — water heater replacements, gas piping, repipes, sewer repairs and remodels involving plumbing changes — we pull it and pass the fee through at cost. Inspection timing is set by the jurisdiction and is outside our control; we build it into the schedule we give you.
Warranty
We warrant our workmanship. Manufactured equipment — water heaters, softeners, fixtures, HVAC components — carries the manufacturer's own warranty, and we register it and help you use it. Warranty terms for your specific job appear on your invoice.
Where a customer supplies their own fixture or equipment, we warrant our installation labor but cannot warrant the item itself.
Payment
Payment terms appear on your estimate and invoice. Arizona law limits down payments on residential contracts, and we work within it. We do not ask for large cash payments in advance, and you should be cautious of any contractor who does.
Third-party content
This site embeds a Google Maps iframe and links to our Google Business Profile. Those services are operated by Google under their own terms. Where we mention manufacturers or products, we are describing equipment we install, not making claims on their behalf.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Arizona law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited to the amount you have paid us, if any. This does not limit our responsibility for the work we perform at your property, which is governed by your signed work authorization and by Arizona contractor law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Complaints regarding licensed contractor work may also be directed to the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
